Data processed

The public website does not include a web booking form. If you contact Casa Luigi by email, the data you voluntarily provide may include your name, email address, requested dates, number of guests and any information contained in your message. The hosting infrastructure may also generate technical server logs necessary for security and service operation.

Purpose and legal basis

Contact data is used to answer information and availability requests, manage pre-contractual communications and, where a stay is confirmed, manage the related accommodation relationship. Technical logs are processed for security and technical operation of the website.

Data may be processed by service providers strictly necessary for email and website hosting. Website and email data may be processed by the service providers strictly necessary to deliver those services. No personal data is sold or used for advertising by Casa Luigi.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a stay are retained only for the time reasonably necessary to answer and manage the request, unless a longer period is required to protect legal rights. Data connected with a confirmed stay may be retained for the periods required by applicable administrative, accounting, public-security or tax obligations.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection and exercise the other rights provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Requests can be sent to info@casaluigi.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

Changes to this notice

If new services such as analytics, third-party maps, online payment or an embedded booking platform are activated, this notice will be updated before those services are made available.
